You may have to tweak some parts to make it work, even though everything is "as it should be" right now. Slide drag doesn't give it enough oomph for the different shape. Glock Wont Go Into Battery

It jammed with the bullet in the chamber 3-4 times, including once or twice when I dropped the slide after inserting a magazine. What causes the slide not to reset fully when holding back the trigger? A simple test to prove that your thumb is hitting the slide stop is to REMOVE the slide stop and shoot a couple magazines. I am only offering a possible cause and don't mean to deride your skills or anything.

Firing unsuppressed is fine with either spring. I would be concerned, Nt 43X has been flawless with various kinds of ammo, including steel cased. That is unless you are reading it, OP is racking the slide back and hold it back, the pulling the trigger, then releasing the slide. If the problem persists, then you can move on to the next variable. I could not trouble shoot it over the internet.

If I shake the pistol slightly, it'll return to battery but at times, I'll have a light primer strike. I have about 1200 rounds thru mine. Might be juuust enough to cause a combo of issues. Then rack slide again with the trigger pulled back. I ended up cutting off about half of the visible part of the slide stop, which fixed the problem immediately.
